GPAD has partnered with POor Collective to offer an internship for those interested in architecture and design. Working in the GPAD office, the successful candidate will be supported by a GPAD architect and assigned a mentor from POoR.

Over 12 months internship, you will learn the fundamentals of architecture, how to communicate your thoughts, and ways to illustrate ideas. You will also develop and improve transferable skills such as time management and strategic thinking.

The successful intern will work as part of an enthusiastic team helping to contribute towards exciting projects such as homes, office refurbishments, and a variety of new buildings. Day to day the Build The Way Intern would help produce 2D drawings, 3D computer models as well as writing information on projects.

They will have a chance to work as part of an integrated design team,  take part in design discussions within the office and work alongside architects, planners, and urban designers who’ll introduce you to industry thinking.
