He is incredibly client-focused and understands how good design adds value commercially. Not only this, he lives and breathes the GPAD ethos and is a motivational leader who brings the team with him. His remit is to grow and develop the team and the practice.”
Charles Bettes, Director, comments: “GPAD is made up of phenomenal people who together produce some outstanding work. I love the ethos here where you are always encouraged to try out new ideas and stretch yourself. This is highly motivating. When you do good work, it’s recognised and acknowledged.
