Concordia Works takes home the National BCO Award

5th October 2017

We are excited to announce that Concordia Works has won the 2017 BCO National Award in the Projects Up to 1,500m2 category, after its success in the same category for the regional awards. Our design for the building saw the transformation of a neglected former yarn and cord warehouse in the centre of Leeds, into an exemplary modern workplace.

The BCO’s objective is to define excellence in office space and does so through its awards programme. The refurbishment of Concordia Work demonstrates how original historic features and modern design can work together and create a dynamic, high-spec loft-style workspace.
