Green Lanes progress

30th June 2020

We’re making progress on our Green Lanes project, which will see the refurbishment and extension of a historic locally listed public house in Haringey. The original building will provide nine flats, with a new building at the rear providing an additional six homes.

The new building sits within a tightly constrained site. A key priority of the design will be to ensure acceptable lighting levels inside the flats, while also providing privacy for occupants. These factors shaped design decisions, from the building form, through window sizes and a new screening system, right down to the colour of the bricks.
