Launch of Zero Carbon London Report
GPAD are excited to have our White Lion Street project featured in the NLA Zero Carbon London report, which launched on 11 November. At GPAD, we are extremely conscious of the impact our industry has on the planet, and we are aware of, and excited by, the potential for our work to help create a more sustainable future. We are committed to the principles of sustainability and refurbishment, which we look to embed throughout our work wherever possible.
The NLA Zero Carbon London report details the results of a survey of NLA members’ attitudes and their work in order to understand how design and development professionals are responding to the climate crisis. We are delighted to be able to showcase White Lion Street within the featured projects section, highlighting sustainability features such as rainwater attenuation in the form of Blue Roof technology, a green roof, and photovoltaic panels which will generate 23,000 kWg of electricity per year and offset 12 tonnes of CO2.
