Build the Way was founded by GPAD and POoR Collective. It’s a nine-month entry-level architecture traineeship providing an alternative accessible route into a career designing and making buildings, spaces, cities, and communities.
We started Build The Way in 2021 to challenge conventional routes into the profession and facilitate a more representative built environment. It has developed into an established Community Interest Company with a core of committed participating practices and partners, and a growing group of successful, diverse alumni.
