Victoria Street, Bristol receives planning
27th November 2020We are thrilled to announce that our plans for the refurbishment of 10 – 22 Victoria Street in Bristol have received planning permission.
The project will see the existing four storey commercial development transformed to create high-quality grade A office space fit for 21st century occupation. Key to the design is the relocation of the main entrance to the building onto Victoria Street, increasing legibility upon entering the reception, whilst also better highlighting the four Grade II listed facades that make up a significant portion of the building’s view along the street. Internally, the office floorplates will be completely refurbished to offer premium office space, and will be augmented by the addition of new dedicated, sheltered cycle storage within the existing car park, new commuter facilities within a new build extension to the rear of the reception, and improved signage and wayfinding to help users better orientate the building, and provide new identity and character.
