Wittering House secures top prize at Evening Standard New Home Awards

GPAD are pleased to announce that Wittering House has won the Best London Home at the prestigious Evening Standard New Homes 2018 Awards as well as the Grand Prix trophy.

Wittering House, located on a six-by-seven metre former garage site in North London, has been turned it into a cosy two-bedroom home. Contemporary in design, and providing a discreet intervention in a street of Victorian houses, the 829 sq. ft. home is a contextual and sympathetic response to its location.

The Grand Prix Award is presented to the crème de la crème of all the homes and developments honoured at the Evening Standard Awards.

Planning Approval for the remodelling of the façade at 149 – 151 Oxford Street.

The design will enhance the retail frontage and improve the street presence, while concurrently working towards decarbonising the retail space.

Eastcheap gains planning permission
